If you have sufficient overlap - Autopano, PTGUI, Hugin will do the stitching
nearly automatically. Autopano may be a ltlle more "auto" then the others.
It doesn?t matter where the images origin - see the Google - image stitching in the web - so
I guess you just try Autopano and PTGUI - there are demos in the web.

  Most stitching software require that all the images to be stitched must
  be overlapping, with identifiable "control points" between every pair of
  horizontal images and have some identifiable points between the
  horizontal, and both nadir and zenith images.

  It helps to know the effective angle of view of the images to be stitched.
