Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. The good and or the
bad.
Yuval is lucid on this, though i might revers the option list recourse. I
also know that he is very passionate about this (hint Yuval).
A class action suit is a final option in my opinion and still miles away
in a reasonable brain. It can run out of control of the plaintiffs in a
second, as soon as the lawyer's greed and egos kick in. On both sides i
might say.
Let's be lucid about this, cool, calm and collected. They made a stupid
mistake and they know this, i am sure about that. Lets get the facts on
the table first and discuss recourse with diplomacy and mutual beneficial
matters in mind. If you dare the ego, you will never know how it might
turn out. Every action triggers a reaction. Be clear about possible
consequences on both sides is a good thing and a measure to negotiate
sensefully. Empty threats have no substance.
The more I read this flaming up the more I think we need a panel to deal
with this. Who is your person of trust?
Obviously, law and business knowledge, integrity and german language is
here of advantage.
I am not prepared to support preemptive flaming, though i can understand
the emotions going high on this issue. However, keep in mind that it can
become contagious. It's best to gather hard facts first and make a
judgement based from that.
Lets find a common nominator and stay collective for starters. Its not too
late.
