It should be possible to modify qtkrparse accordingly. It already
outputs cubefaces (tiles) if called such:

(eventually undo linebreak)
outputs the center tile of the up cube face.
Since it outputs a XML for krpano with <image> tags containing these
calls it is well possible that you can use it for HTML5 with little
modification.
I'd give it a try, but unfortunately I don't have the time ATM to dive
into krpano XML syntax. If anyone wants to do it, please PM me for help
if necessary...
