December WWP theme is "Best of 2007". It is like a Wrinkle in Time.  
Instead of being the solstice, the timespan is the year. We could  
narrow it down to the minute of the solstice though, if we want. I'm  
willing to consider it. The WWP theme gives the broadest possible  
definition. If your solstice pano doesn't work out, or if you have a  
better one from 2007, you have many choices.

If some of us want to do it, it would be great if we had a standard  
way to state that we are a 10-year anniversary Wrinkling subset of  
the WWP. We could make a signup or sign-in database on the WWP yahoo  
page. But how many people look at that? It would be great to get that  
"clicks heard round the world at the same moment" feeling once more.  
Personally, I don't see any need to limit it to previous participants  
in Wrinkle. Why not honor the "open to all" tradition?
