Since WWP is not a competition I don't think the rules for how the
images have been captured or manipulated or created are that important.
It should in general be up to the contributor to interpret the rules.
Of more importance is to carefully keep the unified displayed format
(Quicktime, maximum filesize et cetera) which allows the user to jump
from contribution to contribution without disturbing error messages or
demands for new installations. Once at the WWP server, there shall not
be any obstacles. Any new obstacle will interrupt the visitor and there
is a great probability it will make him/her loose interest and leave.
