Answering questions and reiterating some answers:

>This page

But the very TOP of that page says:
________________________________________________________
The period for submissions is announced on the World Wide Panorama
Yahoo Group. Make sure that you are signed up for our mailing list
there.
________________________________________________________

The page before that states:
________________________________________________________
The preparation server will be open for submissions and editing from
20 June - 2 July 2006. It will then be closed for final editing.

When the server is opened you'll be able to request an account and get access.

We do this because the prep server requires that one of the admins
checks a list of people requesting accounts and then creates them.
There's really no reason to do this when having an account won't be
of any use yet. Please be patient.

As Hans pointed out, an unfortunate typo. That's been fixed.

>Also, there is the bit that says: "*About the Theme - Gardens*
>Coming Soon"

Yeah.... Sorry about that. This is just the essay that we have
tried to provide in the past talking about lots of ideas. This is
not required reading, it was just nice to have one person's take on
it. Don is usually the one who eloquently puts the theme into words
and inspires many of us. Unfortunately he's been very busy lately
and has not gotten around to it this time. If anyone else feels the
muse upon them, feel free to write an essay about all the ways
'gardens' can be interpreted and send it to me.

>I'd like to know if I can include organic gardens...

As those who've participated before, or a quick browse through some
of the previous themes, will tell you, we're pretty liberal at what
connects to a theme. Many times the contribution isn't obviously
connected until the caption is read - which is why we try to get as
many captions as possible.

I hope I've answered some of the pressing questions. Sorry for the delay.
