I assume you mean fullscreen in browser like I introduced it at
panoramas.dk and like it is used in WWP.
The easiest way is to use Pleinpot,
http://www.qtbridge.com/pleinpot/pleinpot.html
It can generate the html code for almost all Panorama viewers
including now also DevalVR and flash.
