Sorry Yuv, but since I do not know if any of my images were used,
believe it or not I did not speak for myself, but for the whole WWP
group, the participants who were affected, the photographers, VRists
who are subject to infringement from the very moment they upload their
images to a public server.
"us" here means that Mr. ImageThief will not send the list to me, but
as it is stated in point One "...release, ie. make it public for this
Group the full list of images and names of the participants so that
everyone will know who and how many images are / were affected."
In my opinion the period of courtship is over and action is needed.
And again it does not matter if any of my panos were used or not
through SAA I can organize to get into contact with specialists of the
intellectual property and digital media law who will be happy to work
on this case since this is no petty suit, but a serious international
copyright infringement case.
