It has been fun this afternoon looking at the collection, and then
taking the uncompressed TIFF file version, cropping it as best as
possible (only for the cycloramic or full circle images) and then
using pano2qtvr on them. hee hee.
The effects are generally good, and it is incredibly eerie to see the
resultant MOV file.
I am not sure if i am infringing on copyright, but I believe it is
safe to do to photos taken earlier than 1905 though I am not exactly
sure, and since it is out of pure curiosity, and not for profit, i
believe I am safe.
