Following the Solar calendar and stay as close as possible to this will make an interesting overview of panoramas at that particular moment from all parts of the world. And I agree with Harald, panoramas only showing blue sky and sunset will make the site not very interesting .Capture the cold, wind, snowfall, hot sun etc.
