Re: Full Screen on digital projector??

I do practice projection of full screens from my notebook. The usually projection is about 5-7 m in diameter, depended of the classroom. The resolution of projection was 1024 x 768 pix and flicker free - very impressive. (I do use DLP, and LCD projectors). I tried the projection of higher resolution with the projector which has no interpolation but unfortunately my notebook had not enough 'powerful' graphic card.

Some auditoriums have digital projectors that display pictures on a
screen some 70 feet (24m) away. Anyone tried viewing their full
screen panoramas on a digital projector?
If so, was the projector's refresh rate suitable for providing a
flicker free (.mov or java) display?
We possibly have a camera club opportunity to discuss VR photography.
