depends what you mean by worse.
will the chinese cars last until 2060? doubtful.
are they safer, cleaner, more economical? absolutely.
and of course i'm speaking of the huge wonderful photographic charm of a place frozen in time. you just can't believe it. and this fact is of course sad and wrong. but that's a different matter. it is what it is. see it now. because maybe soon, it will be something else, more boring, more like the rest of the world.
