The time in the green bar at the top of you page is incorrect.  The 
correct shooting period time as I said below is 24:00 on the 26th, 
tonight at midnight, in the time zone you're in wherever you are on the 
planet.

It's not vague and it's not a new, or old, policy.  There's a mismatch 
of the editing period end time on the server time.  The *official* 
shooting period cut off time is 24:00 on the 26th.  That's the *only* 
time anyone needs to worry about because it's a fixed time that's 
unchangeable.  The upload time that's listed in the green bar is 
flexible and always has been.  If anyone shoots it in time I'll always 
help them get it on the server.

As long as you shoot by midnight tonight you'll have lots of time to 
upload your work.
