It really boils down to what you want to do.  I am unfamiliar with Realviz (should have done my home work first), so cannot say.  I use Autopano Giga, and have been pleased with the results. I use XP Pro, so there is an upper limit to photograph size, if you do a lot of RAW work, but that is the machine, not the software.  One thing I like about Autopano is the ability to render the photographs by bracket parameters, so you get, for instance, using one set of three images, three identical images, different only in EV.  Yo can then use any of the HDR processors to tone map.  I find this really useful for hand-held work.  Additionally, Autopano has several output formats, and will accept virtually any RAW format (except the Lumix LX3, which I own).
