Yes it would be great to have Windows installers on the web-site,
but nobody has stepped-up to make them since the 0.7.0 release a
year ago. Neither Pablo nor myself can do it and others like Yuval
have been doing other critical tasks.
Hugin does build and run fine on Windows, and always has, we have
coders who use Hugin on Windows.
What the website is saying is that there won't be a new Windows
installer until somebody volunteers or is paid to do it.
