Sounds good for next time. I'd suggest that you make six separate fields in 
your upload form to hold degrees, minutes, and seconds for lat. and long. 
entries. That would mean a lot less human or machine parsing, and the 
fields can be set to accept only known acceptable ranges (0-359, 0-59, 
0-59), to cut down on errors.
