This is a low-volume list, whereas the PTNG is a high-volume list and
likely to either intimidate a newcomer, or they may be afraid that
their message might get lost in all the noise.
This is a resource on the subject, and certainly within the realm of
the topic for which this list was created. I, for one, don't have a
problem with these questions.
