Sorry, don't have the time to always follow the mailing list.
I was informed on something going on by Reinhard Schmolze on May 29th.
My additional finding:
The "Globorama" is supported by the Baden-Wuerttemberg ministry for
science, research and art by the development plan BW-FIT.

Euro in that plan, divided to less than 38 projects.
