First, my thanks to Hans and others who've posted comments and suggestions.
Based on some of these, I've modified the pano a bit and would appreciate
some feedback as to how you think version 2 changes look and/or which
version you prefer. Improved? Worse? Whatever.

I believe I've reached about the best balace between sharpness and size in
the pano in the absence of better/different tools (specifically, something
like PanoWorx, etc.) which would allow the creation of a cylindrical pano
vs. the cubic I've generated using PanoCube ... I simply don't have the
resources to purchase PanoWorx at this time, but it's something I'm
definitely going to consider very seriously.

Version 2 incorporates some color changes ... a bit more saturation in color
overall and some "greening" of the grass, as well as improved (and masked)
sharpening. Although I'd definitely say that the color of the "grass" in
version 1 is closer to what it was in reality given the time of year and the
weather we'd had prior to Mar 20 ... although warmer weather and some rain
have greened things up a LOT in the last few days. The grass in the second
version, if not as "true to life" as the first, does look a bit more
"lifelike" and less "dirtlike" [hehe] without (I hope) stretching the truth
too much.

Panos can be viewed here: http://www.zaveduk.com/wwpano2004/skyline.htm

In any case, your comments are welcomed and I thank you in advance.

Victor

PS ... please let me know if the "preview" images are working now?
