Thanks. My mistake:  I ignored the instructions and typed the setting 
for the initial viewpoint as calculated by Cubic Converter for my own 
test version. It's ok now.

I found nowhere where I could specify the zoom-in and the zoom-out 
limits. Could it be staring me in the face and I fail to see it?
