Since I am not a lawyer at all but I want you to consider that
you have to prove that you are involved in this issue.
That is that you must have evidence that your work has been used
illegaly.
Until now we have only evidence from Willy?s action that shows some panos.
We don?t know how many panos are used illegaly.
Basicly I can go along with Siflor but since there certainly is a huge
amount of money
involved - I can?t see why they will not try to get things straightened out
by a donation to the
individuals involved.

As said by some members before: if the appropiate question would have been
asked before the "download" started,
there would be a huge compliance around here.
>>They dind?t get the beamers for free because it?s claimed a "non profit
project"<<

A German representative should be found to negotiate with them.

How great, to have it all summed up in such an excellent way. I second all

  Thank you!

One short information I have also given to Carl in a personal phone call:
My wife is a judge
here in Freiburg, Germany. She has declared that she will be ready to have
a "legal look" at
documents produced by the action group, if they should wish to. One short
legal notice:
According to German law, judges may not give "Legal Advice" the way
laywers do. So my
wife will not do this, but she would just "discuss" the text, or matter
with me.

  Greetings

  Carsten
