You don't have to be sorry Yuval (actually this is much more productive
and prone to be heard than when getting slapped on the face).
I said "Unless I'm being extremely naive and you convince me of
that...", and by the way I see it, it was implied that ***I'm open for
any argument over that*** unless it comes hitting me as if I was doing
something wrong. As far as I can see the list is achieving its function
which is to discuss things related to the WWP and everyone is entitled
to an opinion (of course, this last part is not directed to you).
Also, when I said that * I intend to*, I wasn't saying that the form was
already filled and sent, only that I'm inclined to do so. BTW, I'm one
of those whom received the original message from Ms. Kaiser and I
replied right away expressing my concerns about the "assumed copyright
granting unless..." part and that I was waiting for a resolution before
doing anything. Looong before this discussion take this dimension.
