Hello Landis & Don,

I must be blind because i can't find any recommendations for the 
integration of sound (file size etc.)...

I have prepared a .mov file with ~1 minute of 128kbps MP3 ambient sound. 
File size is about 900kb.
Can you please tell me if this is OK for upload?
