We could have an "Opt-in" checkbox added to each pano, and that could allow each
participant to the WWP events to allow their panos to be included in other WWP sites. A
solution like that could satisfy the half that likes the idea, and also that half that doesn't. If
people chance their mind over time then they could reset the "Opt-in" box.
